Personal details
Mrs Villamediana graduated in 1988 from the Universidad Politécnica in Madrid, obtaining a Doctorate degree in “Control and Improvement of Quality”. She also holds an Industrial Engineering degree in Industrial Organisation, obtained in 1986.

Professional career
After working with the Madrid city administration, from December 2003 to July 2007 she headed the main Directorate of Quality and Environmental Evaluation in the Environment Council and Arrangement of the Territory of Madrid and was also President and Advisor of the public management company for the development of environment in Madrid (S.A. GEDESMA).

Since then she has been head of the Quality and Urban Environment Department of the Autonomous Community of Madrid, Spain.
